If your item has customized/personalized information, once we have received your order, we will email a proof within 24 business hours for you to view, revise (if needed) and approve before printing.

once payment has been received we will email a spreadsheet template for you to fill in with your guest names and email back to us (or click here to download the spreadsheet now)
once we have received your order and completed seating chart spreadsheet we will email a free proof to the email address provided within 24-48 business hours (2 rounds of free proofs are included, each additional proof is $10)
you will review the proofs and either ask for revisions or aprove for printing
once proofs are approved, printing will begin and orders shipped within 3-7 business days
shipping within the continental US is typically 2-5 business days, 6-7 to Hawaii and Alaska.
turnaround time can vary based on how many other orders we receive and how long it takes for proof approval.
