The Custom Design Process

  • Step 1 - Details

    The first step in the custom invitation process is the information gathering phase. We will start by emailing a questionnaire to gather the basic information.

    If we need to discuss further, we can schedule a consultation via email, in person for local customers, via phone or a combination.

  • Step 2 - Quote & Deposit

    Based on the information gathered from the questionnaire and during the consultation phase, we will create and email a detailed price quote.

    Once you have approved the quote, we will email an invoice for the nonrefundable design fee (typically $50-$200) to start the process.

  • Step 3 - Design & Proof

    After the deposit and details questionnaire have been received, Jessica will create a design based on all the information gathered during the consultation phase.

    You can request revisions until the set is perfect. 2-3 rounds of proofs are included in the price of the invitations.

  • Step 4 - Approve & Print

    Once you have approved the proof for printing, completed your guest address spreadsheet (if needed), the remaining balance plus shipping will be due.

    Once payment has been completed, we will schedule your items to be printed.

  • Step 5 - Shipping

    Each item is carefully reviewed and counted after printing
    before being securely packed and shipped.
