If your item has customized/personalized information, once we have received your order, we will email a proof within 24 business hours for you to view, revise (if needed) and approve before printing.

once we have received your order and party details we will email a free proof to the email address provided within 24-48 business hours (2 rounds of free proofs are included, each additional proof is $10)
you will review the proofs and either ask for revisions or approve for printing
once proofs are approved, printing will begin and orders shipped within 5-7 business days
shipping is typically 2-7 business days
turnaround time can vary based on how many other orders we receive and how long it takes for proof approval
